To make the purchase of equipment as easy as possible, the options are as follows :
Rent – We can rent you a phone system from 1 month to as long as you want. With renting a phone system, all repairs, other that customer caused, eg spilling liquid on phone, etc, are covered in the rental price. Lease – Either the customer can arrange a lease for the equipment or we can put the customer in touch with a leasing agent. The choice is up to the customer and Teledata Alarms & Communications will try to make the experience as easy as possible. Service;
You communications network is vital for you business. When something goes wrong, you need to be able to bet the system up and running quickly and as such, you need to be able to contact someone that you know can do the job. Teledata Alarms & Communications prides itself on customer service and gives priority to customers that are experiencing problems. We aim to have the problem fixed in the minimum amount of time, thus enabling you business to continue to function. Options for service are as follows :
Service Contract where for a fee we will fix any problem that arises from normal wear and tear. Fee for service where you pay for the service call and time on site along with any material used.
24 hour on call. If this option is required, a fee will be charged to have a technician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On top of this, a schedule of rates will be agreed to if a call out is required. About Us;
