Time is our most precious resource in life - from the time we are born, the clock counts down.

In my first job at Mc Donalds, I was taught to use every minute of my time - time to lean, time to clean.

Now that I'm the boss, I still value my time the same but use it differently!

Taking 5min to cuddle Minnie before a meeting helps me clean my mind and be on point to solve the wicked problem I'm about to learn about.

Today I challenge you to take time for yourself and share the results.

Sitting there, 8 hours into a job that should have taken 30 minutes, can be the most frustrating and daunting feeling.

You've lost all concept of time and have entered this zone where the only thing you know is your anger and confusion. You start to ponder the ultimate questions of life: why are we here, what's it all for...why did I think this job would only take me half an hour?!

All jokes aside, though, it's discouraging when something takes longer than expected; however, at least it gives you plenty of time to focus on improving yourself during the process.
