Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individual customers who book a laptop for a "Health Check" service with Hypa Technologies.
Business devices are excluded from this promotion.
Minimum spend of $60.50 (equivalent to half an hour of labor) applies.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Offer valid only for customers located in South Australia and able to visit Hypa Technologies’ service location in person.
2. Booking Period
Jobs must be booked between 18th December and 15th January (inclusive).
3. Payment
Full payment is required upon collection of the laptop.
4. Entry into the Draw
Each eligible booking will receive one entry into the draw.
One pass per customer, regardless of the number of bookings.
5. Prizes
There are five family zoo passes to be won.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided at the time of booking.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
7. Draw Details
The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion ends.
8. Privacy
Personal details collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Liability
Hypa Technologies is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize.
10. Changes
Hypa Technologies reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. Compliance
