One of our main tools that we use for Portfolio Management is Oracle Primavera P6. Given it is a 30+ year old tool, it is still one of the most robust and reliable database driven scheduling tools on the Market.

Ctrl Key provides another tool in the market to manage and track progress on for your projects but on a very smaller scale.

We're working closely with Stanwell in providing project controls services on their Tarong North Shutdown currently underway

We really enjoy working with a collaborative senior and middle management team who understand the importance of good project controls systems.

One of our graduates is on site as his first site gig and enjoying the experience

We are primarily a mining industry consultant and provide project controls services for large scale projects (www.keystoneprojectadvisory.com.au) however our Director (given he is also a techie) has created a SaaS product in his spare time. It provides a more cost-effective solution for smaller scale projects / companies to track their projects or progress through Progress S-curves, without paying for our full range of services.

The product is fully functional now and free as we are in MVP stage. We have plans to develop it into a more wholistic product and solution however given we are bootstrapping it ourselves; we want some proof of concept from the market before we seek VC funding.

Our target market is currently tier 2 & 3 construction companies. Mainly due to the accessibility of the decision makers but also, we believe this product benefits them. But it also may benefit any ancillary services or vendors within the industry namely suppliers who are looking to track progress or lists and need to also provide professional looking reporting, without spending hours creating them.

To give you an idea of the type of projects we serviced in the year 2022

- Power Station Shutdowns in NSW and two in QLD. Our resources put together the detailed Primavera P6 schedules and supplementary PowerBI Reporting Systems
- Year on Year maintenance projects for sites in QLD & SA. Creation of Portfolio Oversight Schedule that intergrates Capital and sometimes OPEX projects
- Civil Projects consisting of Bulk earth activities. Assist with tendering documentation and maintaining documents (usually schedules) through the life of the Project
- 4D scheduling of projects - a new area of expertise we are venturing into

This is what a combined 519 years of service to Queensland Rail looks like. 🤯

Congratulations to our train crew employees who are being recognised for their 50+ year work anniversaries. 🎉 This is a massive achievement, and we are beyond proud of them and their dedication. 👏

It is incredibly humbling to see how committed these men are to the railway and we’re glad to be such a big part of their lives!
