Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Simon Bennett, Co-Inventor of Wolfmix, to BSG for an exclusive session with key members of our Lighting Sales and Hire team🙌

Simon took us through the Wolfmix journey, shared insights into the development of the platform, and gave us a firsthand look at what's next for the Wolfmix ecosystem.

One of the highlights was getting a sneak peek at the upcoming Wolfmix WING. Featuring motorised faders, dedicated playback controls, OLED displays and expanded hands-on operation, it’s a powerful evolution of the Wolfmix system.

What really impressed us was the standalone workflow. Being able to build and program a show on a Wolfmix W1, transfer it across, and have the WING retain that show data and operate independently opens up exciting possibilities for schools, churches and community venues where lighting is often operated by different staff or volunteers. The ability to create a show once and have it ready to go whenever it’s needed is a huge advantage. It’s a clever evolution of the standalone approach that has made Wolfmix one of the most exciting lighting platforms around. 💡

Last week’s two masterclasses also became the perfect opportunity to showcase the brand-new ALLEN & HEATH SQ+ range in a hands-on environment.

We had an awesome turnout across both sessions and loved being able to spend the afternoon and evening diving into hands-on learning, real-world workflows, and the latest updates across the Allen&Heath ecosystem.

A huge thank you to Jim Monk, Andrew Crawford and BSG’s very own Rob Bird for sharing their knowledge and helping make the session such a great experience for everyone involved.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to the entire team at Technical Audio Group for their continued support. You guys always back these events so well, and it’s an absolute pleasure working alongside you to bring opportunities like this to our customers.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended and made the day what it was. The engagement, questions, and enthusiasm in the room are what make these masterclasses so valuable.
