Good day Leaders!

It’s almost the holiday season and we’re in a giving mood.

This Friday we’re rolling out release 338. In this release are a number of new features that we think are useful for any sales organisation, and will give team leaders and managers a better overview of their teams.

Territory Management.
Replacing the “Assigned to” field we now have an “Account Manager” field. Users are not automatically an Account Manager anymore, instead only those users you nominate will appear in this list.
In addition we now have a new Hierarchy page, which allows admin users to set up their sales organisation, and assign account managers to specific teams, allowing a better overview of your organisation. Some would call this Territory Management. We do too.
This will dove-tail into another planned release later this month, where you can use this hierarchy to lock off records, so a user can only see their own team’s records.

Content Library.
Included in this release is an update to the existing content library, implementing the ability to load files directly to Companies, Contact, Leads and Opportunities.
Admin users will also be able to set allowed file types, so they can lock out any potentially harmful, or unnecessary file types.
The total size of available space for your organisation is determined by your highest subscription level. More details are now available on our pricing page.

Business Intelligence Dashboards.
While our standard dashboards do the trick most of the time, they are, well, very… standard.
Now, (drum roll please..) with our BI Dashboard page you can tailor your charts to show exactly what YOU need from your Leads, Opportunities, Companies or Contacts; and you can download or print these charts for ease of reporting.
With this easy tool you can select what you want to report on and set the aggregate method, very easily and quickly. In addition, you can narrow down your data using your already saved queries.

Given this is the holiday season, we decided to treat you all with a special surprise. This is not the only release you’re getting this month. Just in time for Christmas (or Chanukah, or Kwanza, or Newton’s Birthday) we will be releasing Sales Automation, and we’re pretty chuffed with how it’s coming together. Keep your eye on this space.

Hi Leaders!

We will be rolling out release 337 to all live databases this coming Friday 9th of October. Due to this there will be a maintenance window of 6pm - 9 pm AEDT (5AM - 8AM GMT).
During this time we do not advise using your system. Due to the roll-out there is no guarantee that you will be able to use the system normally.

We're really happy with the updates coming in 337, full release notes will be posted once roll-out is done

Hello leaders!

We will be pushing out a new release this weekend. Due to this there will be some down-time between 10am AEST and 1pm AEST 25/7/2015. Please avoid using the system during this time as any changes may not be saved.

Coming in this release:

Phone Number and Email for the contact assigned to a lead now show on the Leads Pipeline page.
The application now remembers which sections you had open in the “edit” pages and will preserve that as a default for you. This will be expanded to include “View” pages as well in the near future.
Opportunities now calculate correctly on the “View” page when the quantity is greater than ‘1’.
A rounding bug that caused a non-zero discount to be shown even when total discount is zero was eliminated.
Negative values in Opportunities are now shown highlighted red.
Opportunity Product values no longer show as $NaN in the background when editing.
Opportunity Custom Fields can no longer be edited from the “View” screen, this brings them in line with other fields functionality.
Country and “State/County” fields now display correctly on View Company page once more.
Bug when searching longer strings in a query now resolved. Queries will work as intended once more.
Changes have been made to “Funding Source” in a campaign to make user experience better.
Email marketing is now working once again in production databases.
Editing a scheduled Email no longer causes contacts receiving that email to disappear from the schedule.

Hot Fixes to version 1.334!

Hello Leaders!

Today we squashed some bugs and added new features:

You can no longer delete a parent record when it has dependant records. This will prevent “orphan” leads that cannot be displayed nor deleted.

Opportunity Type is now visible to Admin users so they can customise the list as desired.

Date fields in queries now all have date pickers. This will reduce UK/US date confusion.

Squashed a bug upon some log-out attempts.

Squashed a bug when adding a lead to a company when the company page had not fully loaded yet.

"Assigned to” now correctly shows, and can be filtered by, on Leads Pipeline.

“Assigned to” can now be updated directly from the lead or en masse through the Search results.

Filters now stay in place when moving back to the filtered list from a lead.

Queries on Lead Name more than 4 characters long now work as intended.
Minor display corrections.

Hello Leaders!

Version 1.334 has just been pushed out to Production over the weekend of 20-21 June. In this release we have provided some key features that I know a lot of you have been waiting for keenly.

The key features of this release are:

Fully functional API (now you can integrate with other apps!)
Import Data from CSV files - including rollback
Improved Search functionality.
Mass Update of records internally.

As well as various UI improvements to enhance quality of life for users.
