I built RenovateRight.app for people like this. Why? Because, homeownership is constant project management, that requires a professional approach.
Owning a home may be seen as unpredictable headaches, however software like mine, with features allowing you to inspect your home and schedule recurring maintenance tasks, can help you fix existing problems or prevent major issues occuring in the future.
Simple and complex tasks needing attention, and involve budgets, planning and time management.
The problem is, other than spreadsheets, there are not many options for homeowners to treat their asset with the professionalism it deserves.
I think the OP's quote, "Homeownership is just project management with higher emotional stakes and no days off." is the experience many homeowners have.
So much so, that the last comment in the screenshot, "A friend of mine calls himself a professional homeowner", reinforces the need for home management software, like renovateright.app (https://renovateright.app), to help manage your biggest personal asset across its lifetime and yours.
What are your thoughts, do you think homeownership is project management that needs a professional solution?
I would be keen to hear other homeowners perspectives.
