Fewer meeting clashes start with one simple habit: keep shared commitments in a shared calendar, and personal appointments in your personal calendar.
Use your shared business calendar for team meetings, deadlines and leave. Keep personal events private unless colleagues need to see your availability.
When sending an email, make the action clear: include the purpose, proposed time, duration and who needs to attend. If a meeting isn’t required, say so.
These small habits reduce back-and-forth, help everyone plan confidently and keep communication clear. 🙌
