This is what happens when you stop presenting and start talking.
Our recent Workshop Discovery Session with and the team at
Everyone came in ready to work, they just didn’t know what to expect.
Early in the session, we ran a warm-up exercise. One question shifted everything.
What came out of it surprised the room. Not because the answers were unusual, but because they weren’t. People started seeing the same threads in each other’s thinking and building on ideas. A shared sense of where the business sits, how it’s felt internally, and how it’s perceived from the outside.
When a team discovers that kind of alignment on their own, the creative work that follows feels different. More grounded. More confident.
Next Move left with a clear creative direction, a prioritised set of ideas, and a much sharper picture of who they’re talking to and why it matters.
The best sessions don’t tell people what to think. They create the conditions for people to figure it out together.
