*Update 12:05pm: Retrac NBN Internet has now been fully restored by our carrier. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our help desk.

*Update 11:45am: Carrier detected hardware fault and they are in the process of collecting spare from warehouse.

Any Retrac customers experiencing Internet issues, we are aware of this and are doing everything we can to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

There is an identified Internet outage within NBN's network and we have raised the issue through our carrier.
