Our office hasn't had NBN since mid Monday, and due to the load on the Mobile network mobile data has been very unreliable. The issue is affecting our entire neighbourhood and looks like it won't be resolved for a few days.

If you have contacted us since Monday or you are awaiting a response we apologise. We have made alternative arrangements to access internet and phone reception during the day moving forward.

If you are receiving Jobsaver payments from ServicesNSW please note that you will now need to confirm a continued 30% Decline In Turnover to receive the payment for the fortnight ending 11th September 2021.
ServicesNSW has today update their website that you will need to login to your ServicesNSW portal and confirm the continuing decline and employee headcount.
PLEASE ACCESS YOUR SERVICENSW portal and review the information under the business tab.

If you are still trading during the lockdown it is important you confirm that your business continues to experience a downturn of 30% or more before making this declaration.

With the Christmas season quickly approaching please note we will be unavailable between the 24th December 2020 and the 4th January 2021.

Please note Anthony and Sarah are also moving from NSW to Queensland during this same time to reduce the disruption to our usual services. This may cause a short delay in their responses pending internet connection going smoothly at their new house.

The ATO has extended the due dates for Jobkeeper eligible and claims to 30th January 2021. Our closures will not affect these claims being made and we ask that you please wait until we return on the 4th Janauary to enqury on these matters.

As always please contact your bookkeeper directly for urgent matters otherwise please email us and we will reply when we return on the 4th Janaury.

The JobKeeper Payment has been extended!

Changes include:
• an extension until 28 March 2021
• a new turnover tests for eligible businesses
• two rates for eligible employees based on average hours worked.
