Your 3CX phone system can:

— Forward voicemails to email so you actually see them
— Route calls based on time of day
— Let staff take work calls on their mobile without sharing their number
— Record conversations for training (with consent)
— Show you who's calling before you pick up

If yours doesn't do half of these, it's not the system. It's the setup.

A client booked us in for one ticket last month.

When we arrived, there were five other things they'd been meaning to mention. By the time we left, all six were sorted — and the original ticket was probably the easiest of the lot.

That's how it goes. Real businesses run real workdays, and things stack up between when you book a tech and when the tech arrives. We don't mind. It's the work.

We're a pretty mixed bunch at Emerge.

There are business owners on the team who spend their weekends on motorbikes pretending they're twenty years younger on the east coast trails. There are parents up before sunrise on Saturdays driving from New Norfolk to Huonville to Sorell for junior footy. We've got musicians in bands touring the country and at least one person who owns ducks.

We holiday where we work. Easter on Bruny Island. Weekends on the east coast. Trips to Burnie, Ulverstone and Launceston. There isn't a part of this state we haven't been to — or a Tasmanian business we won't travel to help.

We're not a mainland company with a Hobart number. We're here, we're local, and we genuinely love this place.
