If you are using something like "P@ssw0rd1!" and feeling clever about it, here is the bad news: hackers crack that in milliseconds.

The fix is easier than you think. Four random words strung together with spaced in between ("coffee tractor purple anchor") would take centuries to crack. Add MFA on top, and you can basically wave the hackers goodbye.

A few tips that actually work:

🔹 Use a passphrase, not a password.
🔹 Longer beats complicated every time.
🔹 Never reuse the same one across accounts. One breach should not unlock everything.
🔹 Use a Password Manager to store passwords.
🔹 Turn on MFA wherever you can. It is the single best thing you can do today.
