In Australia 43 in 100 people use AI, but only 1 in 100 are using agents that are actually running their business.
In our view, there are 3 levels of AI use. As you advance, the agent produces more of the output, does with higher quality and less (to no) time form you.
ChatGPT is Level 1.
E.g. Let's see how it plays out if you want to follow-up with a lead that's entered your CRM.
Level 1: Copy and paste. You open the CRM, paste the lead's details into ChatGPT/Claude, ask for an email, copy it back and send it. Every step is you.
Level 2: Your agent drafts it. It pulls the lead from the CRM and writes the follow-up. You read it over and hit send.
Level 3: the agent does the work without your input. A lead comes in, your agent follows up, books the call and logs it.
Most businesses stop at Level 1 because the next step feels technical.
But it isn't that hard when you have it set it up correctly. You can just talk to it through a messaging service like Whatsapp, Telegram, Slack, MS Teams etc.
Instead of continually analysing the best use case or continue trying to find the right AI tool, the most successful companies start using their agent immediately.
They start with one agent and one task and see how to automate a simple workflow end to end.
Once its working, they can continue to build with more complex workflows to make their business more way more profitable and efficient.
