We recently celebrated two exciting milestones — our office warming event and Trev’s 40 years of using computers.

Our new office has been designed to reflect who we are: a team passionate about technology, collaboration, and innovation. From posters of IT legends on the walls, to a kitchen space that encourages teamwork with a large island table and network-connected big screen, through to our 3D printing station where we can test ideas, create useful solutions, and have a bit of fun along the way — this is a space built for the future.

At the same time, it was a privilege to recognise Trev’s incredible 40-year journey in IT. His experience, knowledge, and passion for the industry continue to shape the way we support our clients and grow as a business.

As we settle into this new chapter, we’re more excited than ever to keep helping businesses with IT support, AI solutions, cloud computing, and other smart technology services.

2️⃣ It learns the patterns and relationships
3️⃣ It builds a model that can make smart predictions and decisions

🔹 What is “inference”?
Once the model is trained, inference is when it’s used in real time:
You give it input ➜ it runs through the model ➜ you get an answer, prediction or recommendation ✅

In simple terms: training is the learning phase, inference is the using phase.
