On International Women’s Day 2026, we’re proud to celebrate the progress we’re making to through our Shetech Employment Pathways Program.
Shetech is a transformative initiative co-designed with Sheforce Recruitment & Labour Hire to support migrant women to build employability skills, gain confidence, and access paid work experience in the tech recycling sector.
Through training, mentoring, and hands-on internships at Enable Social Enterprises, participants gain practical workplace experience while opening doors to longer-term employment opportunities across technology and related industries.
Together, we are unlocking opportunity, building confidence, and creating real pathways to employment.
SHETECH IS BACK FOR 2026! NEW GROUP - RECRUITING NOW!!
SHETECH is a transformative, employment pathways program for migrant women residing across Melbourne’s north.
Co-designed by Enable & In the Click Social Enterprise and Sheforce Recruitment & Labour Hire, the program pathways include (1) employability skills, (2) paid work experience (Internships) in the Tech Recycling sector, opening the door to (3) access further opportunities with Sheforce to transition to longer-term employment in adjacent industries such as Building Construction, Civil and trades.
An information day will be held on 26th March 2026 at Sheforce, Level 3, 6 Harlington Street, Glenroy, starting 10am until 12pm – DON’T BE LATE!
Program Starts: Thursday 23rd April 2026 until 28th May 2026 2 days per week: Thursdays/Fridays, 9.30am to 2pm (1/2 hr lunch)
Paid intern placements schedule to commence from 1st June 2026.
