Crazy to think that March is already done and dusted! 😅

Throughout the month and in recognition of International Women’s Day, we held pop-up donation stands in each office.🛍️We asked that our team bring in good quality, pre-loved clothes to support two special organisations and their incredible work for our community - Dress for Success and Dress for Work. ✅

Dress for Success is a global nonprofit organisation that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development tools, and a support network.�
Dress For Work is an organisation that provides clothing and job-readiness training for people who have experienced setbacks.

Today marks Trisha’s last day with us; a bittersweet day for sure! 😌Happy we had the pleasure of working with such a kind soul, sad that this is her last day with us.

Trisha completed an Integrated Learning Placement with us as part of her Business Degree at Deakin University. 👩🏽‍🎓Over the last six weeks, she has been exposed to many facets of the business, from Marketing and Employer Branding to People and Workplace Experience to Project Delivery. ☑️

When asked what stood out for her the most, she shared:

‘’[...] the work culture and the immersive rotations. All team members were so accommodating and really ensured I had the best in-office experience and a smooth transition between departments. The rotations gave me insight into the different roles and disciplines and how teams collaborate to bring deliverables to life.”

With the recent security breaches happening all over the industry, our client identified that it was time to further secure their processes. Jumping straight into the thick of things, our team leveraged customer behaviour data to distil and scope out work to ensure that the end solution was a meaningful and valuable one for all parties. ✅

The end-outcome had significant uptake from advisers, reaching 600+ submissions within the first month of release with no additional marketing. 👏
