About the Role
As Software Engineer at iSphereIQ, you’ll collaborate closely with our development team to design, build, maintain, and enhance our core enterprise products and web-based applications. You will work across backend services, integrations, and application features — contributing to systems that require reliability, scalability, and clean architecture.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience Levels
Junior Level (0–3 years): Hands-on experience developing applications in Java 8+ within a professional environment.
Mid-Level (3–5+ years): Strong experience building backend or full-stack applications using Java 8+, Spring, and Hibernate.
Technical Skills
Solid experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP Web Services.
Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat or WebSphere.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
Experience deploying Java applications on Linux and Windows environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Spring Security.
Exposure to JavaScript or other front-end frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Background in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Oracle) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
