Envision IT

Envision IT Software development often involves risk of scope, time and costs creep. Now think of projects that did not work OK and had to be unceremoniously discarded.

Adobe and Microsoft Licensing Solutions | Exploit our AI based development practice to lower cost of custom software development, upgrade and secure applications in Australia There are several notorious examples of project creep that bring embarrassment to project managers even when in the end, they worked Ok. We define a good software project as the one that gets delivered within budget and time AND it meets the stakeholders’ requirements. Technically everything is possible, we can automate or integrate it endlessly. The real test however is ‘users’. How do they perceive the new product that changes the way of working they are used to? At Envision IT (established 2002), we address these concerns and issues through our prototyping methodology. It enables us deliver mid-size projects within budget and time, typically 6-9 months while ensuring the products conform to requirements and users like it. Microsoft has changed the way partners are designated. We used to have (legacy) Gold and Silver partner designation. Now, the designations relate to 'specializations' such as 'Modern Work'! So, what does it change for you? Not much but it tells you that we can assist you in any way Microsoft technology / product and services stack can improve your business. We can start with simple things such as 'Microsoft Licensing' such as Office 365 or Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 licenses or Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and ERP implementations, develop software applications and products or upgrade old and legacy software applications to make them better, streamlined, secure and efficient.
