We teamed up with Sportsbet during their Hack Day 2023 in the spirit of innovation and collaboration. The goal? To create an AI-driven solution that ensures the Right Answer from the Right Agent at the Right Time. 🎯

Nathan Kaden from QPC Australia led the charge, assisting Patrick Ryan, Head of Customer Experience at Sportsbet. Together, they built an AI-driven "recommendations engine." This engine collects customer data, usage history, current events, and agent capabilities.
