Role Description

We are on the lookout for Senior 4D BIM Coordinator. This role will be based on client project office. Ideal candidate will have Civil/Structural background and expertise on Bentley Synchro with 4D BIM Coordination experience on Major infrastructure project in Australia /overseas experience will be considered on Major infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks related 4D sequencing/construction simulations etc with client and our team to deliver project successfully.

Qualifications

3D/4D Expertise in Revit / Bently Synchro 4D.
Experience in infrastructue projects.
Experience in Navisworks / Revizto
Multidisciplinary knowledge
Demonstrated experience in risk management
Experience in conducting constructability review, identify potential delay/issues.
Experience in construction sequencing schedule/program (Primavera)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to communicate and collaborate among project stakeholders
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Qualification in Engineering, Civil/Strutural, Architecture, or related field

Role Description

We are on the lookout for Senior 12d designer. This role will be based in Melbourne Hybrid mix WFH/Office

Ideal candidate will have Civil Infrastructure background and relevant expertise on Major infrastructure project in Australia. Overseas relevant experience will be considered on Major infrastructure projects.


You will be responsible for 12d modelling and related tasks and responsible to mentor junior team members.

ISO 19650 Practitioners will be considered favorably.


Qualifications

12d designer experience on local/overseas projects
Minimum 5 years experience and above experience level would be considered.
Experience working on Major infrastructure projects in Australia or overseas.
Demonstrated experience in delivering projects.
Mentoring junior team member skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in 12d modelling skills in Road design or Utilities
Able to communicate efficiently and collaborate among project stakeholders
Ability to work independently and remotely
Revit or any other software knowledge is preferable but not essential
Experience in the design consulting office or working with contractor experience
Qualification in Engineering, Civil/Structural.
Preferred candidate location would be Melbourne

We are on the lookout for Senior MicroStation Drafter. This role will be based either remote or on client site office.
Ideal candidate will have Civil/Structural background and expertise on Infrastructure / Major infrastructure project in Australia. Overseas relevant experience will be considered on Major infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for drafting plans/details/creating sheet checking own work and ensuring to deliver the quality product.

Qualifications

MicroStation CAD Drafting experience on local/overseas projects
Minimum 3-5 years experience level would be considered.
Experience working on Major infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team member.
Experience in substation type of project will be considered favorably
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production
Able to communicate and collaborate among project stakeholders
Ability to work independently and remotely
Revit or any other software knowledge is not essential
Experience in the design consulting office or working with contractor experience
Qualification in Engineering, Civil/Structural.
Preferred candidate location would be Sydney or Melbourne
