Meet Vansh Bhardwaj - our Melbourne based Consulting Intern.

Vansh is in his final year of a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at RMIT and is with working with Kyte as a Consulting Intern since over 6 weeks.

Before joining Kyte, he founded and grew his own e-commerce business selling automotive parts. Building it from the ground up meant sourcing suppliers, managing the catalogue, growing through SEO and looking after customers end to end. It taught him to solve problems quickly, wear many hats and take real ownership of outcomes.

He is also a huge football fan. He plays whenever he gets the chance, and will happily set an alarm for the middle of the night just to watch a match live from the other side of the world. Vansh inspires the whole team to adopt healthy habbits, while he supports us on multiple engagements and helps build Kyte AI.

Ali brings a background spanning Operations, Project Management and Account Management across agency, vendor, consulting and client-side environments — exactly the kind of depth we need as we build the operational foundations for Kyte's next stage of growth.

What stood out when Ali described joining Kyte wasn't the technology. It was the people, the culture, the leadership — and a track record of successful implementations and client relationships that made the decision easy.

Ali's focus: overall operational efficiency, scalable processes, and high-performing teams — always with clients and people at the heart of it.

And a fact we love — in 2025, Ali packed up the family and travelled through Asia and Europe, homeschooling along the way. Still finds time for hiking, running, snorkelling and riding whenever there's nature nearby.

Courtney is an experienced professional with a strong payroll, projects, and HR background, known for her reliability, problem‑solving ability, and steady leadership in complex environments.

She brings over five years of hands-on payroll and HR experience, with strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and taxation requirements.

Outside of work, Courtney is the captain of a two‑time grand‑final‑winning social netball team called the Benchwarmers. 👏

Kyte implements Fusion Self-Serve Portal for G.James Business Customers

G.James, one of Australia’s largest window and aluminium frame manufacturers based in Brisbane, recognized the need to modernize their customer portal to deliver relevant content efficiently through a modern and interactive platform.

Their previous portal's lack of seamless integration with the CRM system led to duplicated efforts in maintaining customer records and provisioning users, increasing the risk of human error.

To address these challenges, G.James engaged Kyte Consulting to lead a comprehensive business transformation initiative, encompassing detailed business requirements gathering, solution and data architecture design, and technical support for implementing Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and a modernized customer portal.
