Stephanie Snedden shared how empowers brands like Saks Fifth Avenue to enhance customer service with tools like real-time inventory lookups, while Jacob Hkeik showcased integrating data and AI without complex model training. Closing the session, Cat Prestipino demonstrated how is revolutionising marketing with personalised and scalable campaigns.
