I revisit my self-hosted Proxmox Home Cloud Gaming Server after using it for the last 3 months. I'll go over what has worked well, what hasn't, performance in real-world gaming, latency, streaming quality, and whether building a cloud gaming server at home is actually worth it.

This setup is powered by Proxmox VE, a Windows 10 Gaming VM, GPU passthrough, and Moonlight game streaming, allowing me to play my PC games from anywhere on my network and remotely when away from home.
