We are hiring for : Bid Process Executive
Location : Lucknow
Role Overview:
The Bid Process Executive is responsible for overseeing the entire bid process, from identifying and responding to tender opportunities to negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tender Searching and Identification
• Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents related to tendering and bidding activities. Ensure all tender documents are prepared in the specific formats required for each bid.
• Collaborate with respective departments to procure necessary documents during the tender process. Report the bidding status online and offline on a daily basis.
• Possess knowledge of e-tendering and e-bidding processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: B. Plan/ MBA/M Plan or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
Knowledge:
o Comprehensive understanding of the bid process, RFP development, and contract negotiation.
o Familiarity with industry-specific tendering processes and requirements.
Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
