My internet died during the week.
I phoned their 1300 number, then '2' for technical support. The call was answered "Hi Ian." No waiting in queue, no overseas call centre! They had my name!
They verified my suburb, then said they hadn't been notified of any NBN outage in my area. They said they'd log it with NBN. The time NBN gave me didn't suit, so I had to cancel it. Next morning my ISP called me to get another suitable time for NBN to come. I gave 2 choices, and they said they'd arrange it with NBN. Several more calls / SMS messages to inquire progress with NBN, and verify the time NBN was coming. NBN came this arvo and replaced their faulty modem, so now my internet is up again.
Impressed with the personal service! And follow up.
I don't know if all their customers get the same service, but they have my recommendation.
Which ISP? Freedom Broadband.
