Good morning everyone,

Our office will be closed tomorrow (Thursday 19th) and we will be reopening on Monday the 13th of January 2025.

Like usual, if any dire issues arise that cannot wait until we’re back in action we will be checking the work phone and emails, but please refrain from calling unless it’s urgent.

We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a fun New Year! And of course we appreciate everyone for their ongoing support.

Our new sign is up so we’re much easier to find now! Many of you are already aware, but if not, we’re now located at 11 Collopy St, Mansfield.

Hi Everyone,

As of Monday the 27th of May, we will be operating out of 11 Collopy Street, Mansfield.
Yes, this is in fact the office space we were in prior to Erril Street! We like to keep you all on your toes.
The upside of this move is that we will be utilising the reception at Mansfield Professional Group, so once a drop off or pickup of hardware has been organised you’ll be able to drop by whenever it suits you!

Please also note that as of Monday our office landline will not be connected - please only call Jack’s mobile (0488 752 663) moving forward.

I'm sure many of you are experiencing similar issues, but our work mobile just isn't consistent with these Telstra works. A lot of our phone calls aren't coming through and voicemails are appearing after quite a delay.

Good morning everyone!

Christmas is fast approaching and what a year it’s been… I think everybody has worked incredibly hard and deserves a chance to wind down.

This year we will be taking time to catch our breath from Friday (COB 22nd December) and reopening on Monday the 8th of January.

As usual, if any businesses require urgent assistance over this period we’ll still be contactable.

With Christmas fast approaching we just want to let everyone know that we will be taking some time off between Christmas and New years (from Friday the 23rd to Jan 3rd).

Rest assured, Jack will still be contactable if anyone experiences any emergencies during this time.

Hey Everyone,

Please note that over the public holidays this week (Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd) we will be contactable as per usual via phone and email - we won’t be present in the office but Jack will be able to attend on-site if need be.

*public holiday charges will apply to all works done over this period.

Civid-19 update.
Due to Covid 19 and the current government restrictions in place we will only be operating in a limited capacity.
We will only be completing jobs from our regular business customers at this point. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our home users but we tried to maintain this work and found it impossible to control a clean and safe work environment for our staff.
We look forward to a time when all this is behind us and we can open the shop back up and service everyone again.
