Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported after October 2026. According to Microsoft, 365 subscribers will not be able to open or edit Publisher documents from that date.
However It appears that perpetual versions of Office (non subscription versions such as Office 2021 Professional) will be able to keep using Publisher if it's included in your package.

Microsoft makes Windows 10 security updates FREE for an extra year — for users syncing their PC with the cloud.

Windows 10 users will have the option to continue receiving security updates for free beyond October 2025, so long as they sync their PC settings data with the cloud via a Microsoft Account.
