Redfox Internet is a leading Fixed Wireless Internet Carrier, delivering fast and reliable internet services to homes and businesses in Mackay, Sarina and Armstrong Beach. We were there in the era of floppy disks, dot matrix printers and when Internet Explorer was still cool. We suffered through Windows ME and Windows Vista. Who can forget the dulcet tones of your dial-up modem connecting to Limewire? Redfox launched their first fixed wireless network in Mackay in 2000 and we have been fortunate to be part of the evolution that has seen the internet become increasingly more integral in all our lives. This has proven true for not just businesses but also the average consumer. Being a ‘rural’ area, Mackay has been left behind in the communications game and twenty years later we have seen it all. We’ve heard the tales of suffering through poor performance and being locked into contracts. We know the promises that NBN does not keep and outages that last weeks. We listened as our business clients tolerated constant dropouts and wished they had another option. Tender deadlines. Homework assignments are due. That final Netflix episode you’ve been dying to see. We get it and we’ve heard it all. Being in the IT services industry, we had first-hand experience of the battle clients face for internet services in our region. We get the inconvenience and more so the cost of having unreliable internet services. We decided Mackay deserves better and it's time to be brought in line with the rest of the country. We have the technology, the experience and the power to provide a real alternative to standard internet offerings. In 2022 we are determined to deliver our services with a focus on reliability, affordability and our trademark local service. Join the Redfox revolution and let us be your solution!
