NBN have indicated they will be performing work as part of a large national program to address emerging capacity-constrained POIs which will result in a brief outage to FTTP services on Easy Internet Services Mackay POI. During and post change window there will be delays in the processing of Orders on this POI.

All impacted service should reconnect automatically once work has been concluded. For any services that do not reconnect we request that standard troubleshooting and powercycle be performed prior to raising support.
