A word of advice: not exactly computer related, but still important. There are a number of phone scams these days which can range from "can you hear me" to "am I talking to ...."? Under no circumstances should you ever answer "Yes".
Phone recordings can be edited to make it seem that you have agreed to the terms of whatever offering the scam caller provides.
Basic rule to adopt, when answering the phone: never use the word "yes".
