Meet Mac Ayrian L. Rodriguez, IT Support Engineer based in our Makati hub.

Working with our client TechConnect, Mac provides technical support across a wide range of IT needs, from troubleshooting complex issues to managing Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, security, and technology solutions. What he enjoys most is helping people solve problems and making their workday a little easier.

Since joining Sharesource, Mac has continued to grow both technically and professionally, taking on greater responsibilities and supporting clients across increasingly complex technologies. At the same time, working from home has helped him create a healthier balance between his career and family life, giving him more flexibility to be present for both.

Outside of work, Mac has been equally committed to his health and well-being. This year, he set himself a goal of walking 20,000 steps a day, eating healthier, and staying disciplined with his fitness, helping him lose 10 kg in five months. More recently, he and his wife have also started playing pickleball together, turning staying active into something they can enjoy as a team.

Not a status update. Not a standup transcript. A short, human note: what you finished, what you're handing over, what you need from someone else, anything that unblocked or blocked you.

Takes 5 minutes. Eliminates 80% of the "where is this up to?" messages the next morning.

Meet Loucel Hintay (LA), Junior Project Manager based in our Makati hub.

Working with our client Biarri Networks, LA brings more than six years of experience in the fibre networks industry. She began her career as a Network Planner, working with GIS data and developing optimised network designs, before progressing into project coordination and now project management.

For LA, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is collaborating with people across different career levels, cultures, and time zones. Every project and interaction brings an opportunity to learn, whether through guidance from colleagues or simply seeing how others approach their day-to-day work.

Since joining Sharesource, the hybrid work setup has also given LA a new perspective on balancing work and life. Being able to spend more time with family while still building strong relationships with colleagues has helped her grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, LA is all about trying new things. From tennis and badminton to scuba diving, boxing, cooking, reading, or even the occasional TikTok trend, she believes that following even a small spark of curiosity can lead somewhere unexpected.

Working with our client Biarri Networks, Janet uses geospatial data to design fibre optic networks, collaborating with teams across Australia, the UK, the US, and the Philippines. Her role combines technical expertise with global collaboration to help deliver smarter network solutions.
