6. Wait for the laptop to dry: Let your laptop sit in a dry and warm environment for at least 24 to 48 hours to allow it to dry completely. Avoid using a hairdryer or other external heat sources as this can damage the internal components.
7. Test your laptop: Once your laptop is completely dry, reattach the battery and power cord, and turn on your laptop to check if it is functioning properly. If there are any issues, contact a professional laptop repair service to diagnose and repair any damage.
