Calgraphics is again pleased to be involved in the Transporting Arts program for the Victorian Government.

Calgraphics has so far provided the print and installation of the scenes for the Transport Arts program at 4 regional transport stops.

The transport stops are:

– Wyndham Vale Railway Station with a piece named “Flourish” by Yu Fang Chi which celebrates the unique environment, eco-system, and heritage of the site

– Wallan Railway Station with a piece named ”Connect” by Margie Balazic which seeks to capture the essence of the local environment by showcasing flourishing florals and native gums.

- Ballan Railway Station with a piece named “Blaze Basin” by Justin Nemeth that highlights the effects of extreme heat and drought, revealing fiery reeds beneath the water’s surface—a reminder of life’s challenges and the opportunities they can bring.

– Bendigo Railway Station with a piece named “Love in Neon” by Carly Wood with its vibrant rainbow palette and motifs of hearts, flowers and suns, giving an explosion of colour.

Do you need an outdoor advertising unit that is weighted, easy to assemble, and interchangeable between different types of banners or substrates?
Introducing Calgraphics' newest display offering called CalBanner. We’ve helped design and develop an outdoor or indoor banner system which can accommodate both rigid substrates (5mm), and various vinyl banner materials that have an 8mm or larger kedar edging.
The CalBanner system is lightweight and is easily assembled as a modular unit. It consists of 2 side legs, 4 bolts and the tools for assembly. Its' structure significantly reduces the banner’s shipping and handling costs, and installation time as it can be assembled / disassembled by one person.
For added safety, once the Calbanner is placed into position, it can be filled with water taking the total weight to 64.5kg. A fully weighted Calbanner can withstand winds of up to 43.6kmh (as tested by University of Western Australia, School of Engineering). This negates the need to supply the unit with a separate weights, thus reducing further costs and any manual handling concerns. Changing the location of the CalBanner is simple as the water can be released, the banner repositioned and refilled.

Calgraphics is excited to announce that we have been successful in our bid to partner with Modus Projects and Coates Group in the rebranding of Ampol Limited’s Caltex branded petrol stations to the iconic Australian fuel brand - Ampol.

Ampol Limited, through a subsidiary, is licensee in Australia of the Caltex trademark.

Over the next 2 years you can expect to see us transforming over 1900 sites nationally to the newly branded Ampol format. This includes 15,000 plus petrol pumps to be branded and over 200,000 decals to be manufactured locally and fitted by our teams.

A terrific boost to local business!

We look forward to being part of the project as we roll out the new brand across the country.

Yes we are still here!
Calgraphics are operating at full strength despite the challenges of COVID19 restrictions. We have implemented a split shift strategy and with the support of our team are meeting all client requirements.
Added to our normal production work we have also been able to develop both standard and client specific decals to assist other companies and outlets to direct queues and make workplaces effective.

A Big thank you to the wonderful team at Calgraphics for printing us some signage. Now when we do rescues close to the road drivers will know to slow down so the area is safe for the them, our volunteers and our wildlife.

We always say that you never know what will happen from day to day at Calgraphics and yesterday was no exception.
Early in the morning we had a surprise visitor courtesy of some harassing Ravens. This lovely Barn owl crashed into our window and suffered a concussion. We looked after him /her until the wonderful people from Warriors 4 Wildlife came to lend their expertise. Follow the link to see what happened.
