Today was one of those jobs that reminds you why people matter. Peter Seničić headed out to help a customer with some 📺 TV antenna dramas 📡, and with it being school holidays, Peter’s daughter came along for the ride. 👶🚙

While we were there, the customer told us that Peter’s daughter reminded her of herself when she was little. After seeing how much Peter’s daughter enjoyed looking through the customer’s childhood books, she did something incredibly kind — she offered and gifted Peter’s daughter the books she cherished growing up.

It was such a simple moment, but a really special one. Kindness like that sticks with you ❤️ Moments like these are a reminder that our work isn’t just about fixing technology — it’s about trust, connection, and looking after people.
