Announcement

Sorry for the sudden silence, I've recently been settling in my new casual job to help fund this business and recently I had to get a new phone cause my previous one decided to end itself via a permanent corruption based crash which I then had to wait longer than I should as the courier chosen for the new phone to come in had too many parcels to deliver. So here's what is happening, I will still have Beard Bloke Tech running but won't be my main focus as family is taking priority right now and there is a possibility that I will be moving out of the Ipswich region. Another factor is that I'm still too close to Ipswich and not many people know of me yet. I can still repair your devices but you need to contact me first to check my availability (SMS is preferred but do let me know you are asking for the Beard Bloke as I can get scam messages)

Your phone's charge port after being in your pocket then plugged in a lot. This is a reminder that if your charge plug is not seating it's very likely that the charging port is filled with dust, lint and all sorts of gunk depending on where you work, you don't necessarily need to assume it needs to be swapped out (image is from the trailer for the reboot of The Amazing World of Gumball)

Soon I'll be able to do 3D printing, so once I have the printer my future business name will be just "Beard Bloke Tech" and there will be three sub divisions all done by myself:

Repair: What I normally do, performing repairs and cleaning on phones, tablets, computers and gaming consoles

Print: Doing custom print commissions and printing phone cases

Gaming: Not like console repair but more of the sort of modification of gaming consoles, ie software modding or hardware modding. Mainly for those who feel that they'll 'brick' their device. I'll only help with modding for consoles who have their service ended (e.g. wiiu, 3ds, PS2 etc).
