Important Notice

We are currently transitioning to solely focus on Business IT support services and Managed Services for Small businesses. We currently already support many small businesses and struggle to support to the level both our client and we need to be professional. Unfortunately break fix type repairs are consuming much of our focus and time required so we will be retiring those types of services in a retail capacity. We will continue to support existing retail/residential customers and any warranty issues that may arise. As part of this process rebranding and name changes will occur.

A national medical script provider has collapsed less than three weeks after it was hacked.
Last month, MediSecure fell victim to a large-scale ransomware attack which appears to have made it impossible for the business to continue.

Plenty of products and updates coming to the ubiquiti products this year. Had a great informative day in Sydney. Each attendee was given a U7 Pro wifi access point. Last pic shows how many attendees were the to receive .

Tell tail signs your laptop battery is not to its optimal or faulty.

* Battery life not as long as it used to be.
* Laptop wont turn on without power adaptor.
* Touchpad not working properly.
* Case bulging and not closing.

This one is on the more extreme and dangerous to keep using. Laptop screen case wouldn't close properly and touchpad button clicks didn't work. I am not sure at what or if they do explode but we have all seen the news stories of device batteries being left on charge and causing house fires. For roughly $150 I know what option I would choose.

For those of you that are fortunate enough to have a RTX4090 gpu and use a Cable Mod 12VHPWR ANGLED ADAPTERS, V1.0 and V1.1 there has officially been a recall. Check out the link below where more details will follow.

It was a pleasure upgrading this beast of a Ryzen 9 7900X and RTX4090 again (SSD and storage previously) which is no surprise as it's a hotbox in this poor airflow glass case by Deepcool. The customer wanted all the LianLi O11D Evo kit including SL fans and Galahad AIO cooler with the additional accessories case kit. Gaming is now at full speed with no throttling and getting the full performance he should have seen in the first place.

A neat customer build for an elderly gentleman that had to have a DVD/CD optical drive (USB drive was not an option) for his music. This severely limited the choice of cases but I think this one still came out alright.

Clever idea. Most people probably have some Lego around the house. Adds a different look rather than buying the same as most other people.
