A couple of things I’d like to share with our community, friends, colleagues, both our new and existing customers. ☺️
We’re incredibly proud of our team — not only for the quality-driven outcomes they deliver as painters, more importantly for the quality of people they are.
I’m grateful they trusted me to lead them through this summit… and, of course, for trusting my lead every other workday too! 🫡🤪
A huge shout-out and thank you to Dion, his family and the team at .hq - for bringing a different angle to our team — helping us strengthen our connection, broaden our perspective on business, and focus on personal development and growth.
We explored the importance of setting meaningful goals, both personally and professionally, and turning those goals into measurable, tangible outcomes.

For me, one of the biggest takeaways was finding that extra charge within ourselves — the drive to keep growing, keep striving and keep showing up.
Showing up for our families.
Showing up for our friends.
Showing up for our colleagues.
Showing up for our clients.
And ultimately, striving to be the best version of ourselves we can be — both inside and outside of work.
