Good morning everyone,
Just a tiny reflection and update, because it’s been a while since I’ve had a moment to stop. Last week was the biggest week of my life in terms of events. We normally do around 35–40 events a week… last week we did 58.
It tested the business beyond what I thought it was capable of. It was horrifying, exhausting and incredibly rewarding.
I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. 😂
But more than anything, it made me incredibly proud of my team. We had three new people start last week (I’ll introduce them soon!) and they absolutely smashed it.
I also want to give a very public thank you to Sarah Your Host. She was absolutely vital behind the scenes last week and played a huge part in getting us through it. I’m incredibly lucky to have her on my team, so if you see her, tell her “good work!” ❤️
Now it’s time for me to buckle down, catch up on the 40+ enquiries and get back into training mode. You’ll see some new hosts popping up over the next few weeks. It still blows my mind that I have 22 staff, heading towards 25 by the end of the year.
