We are currently working to return power to our equipment used for our Goondiwindi West site.
We should have service back shortly.

UPDATE:
All services have now returned to normal. If your phone has not registered, please power cycle.
Apologies for the huge inconvenience. We will be following up with an explanation from the upstream carrier. This has been our first major outage in 7 years, but we will still be looking to improve our redundancy.

FYI - VOIP PHONE CUSTOMERS
We are currently experiencing an upstream carrier issue which is affecting phone services only.
We will advise as soon as we have an update.

Phone System Outage
Currently working on an upstream carrier outage for phone systems. These will return to normal operation once issue is rectified.
