At Erin Living, supporting women in tech isn’t a once-a-year moment; it’s part of how we operate every day.
This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to spotlight just some of the women shaping our team: Saavani, Lara, Sarah, Kate, Cerise, Michelle, Sanja, Safira.
Another is Nicole Graham, whose impact extends well beyond our business:
Nicole mentors through Tech Ready Women's Academy.
She regularly creates online content focused on helping women validate and build startup ideas, particularly surrounding product thinking and AI tools.
Nicole also regularly speaks and mentors at community and industry events, including One Roof's OWN Conference.
Her perspective on this year’s IWD theme, 'Give to Gain', reflects exactly why this work matters:
“A lot of the women I mentor are coming into tech from completely outside the traditional mould, and that's exactly where the most original thinking lives. 'Give to Gain' resonates with me because that exchange is real: the mentoring work sharpens how I think about building products at Erin Living, because we're ultimately building with and for people with diverse, human needs.”
