Listen, reading books, soaking up knowledge, and making plans are great.
But let's be real: some folks hide behind them because they're scared to take action.
They solely focus on planning for all the “what-ifs” because it feels safer than stepping into the unknown.
It's like endlessly studying how to swim but never actually jumping in the pool - you’ll never know if you can actually swim until you put the theory into practice.
The thing is, you'll never find that 100% guarantee you're looking for.
Life's too unpredictable for that. Real progress happens when you roll up your sleeves and start doing.
You learn more from one hour of doing than from a hundred hours of studying.
And to continue the swimming analogy - you don’t have to jump head-first into the unknown when you’re not sure if you can really swim.
Try it out in shallow water first.
So by all means, read that book, make that plan—but then get to work. Stop using learning as a way to dodge action.
