Four events. One medal series.

Created for the 2025 Hamilton Island’s Endurance Series, these custom antique gold medals feature hidden magnets, allowing each event medal to stack together into one complete collection. Each medal featured the event symbol, with each viewable when stacked togetehr.

Set in the stunning Whitsundays on the Great Barrier Reef, the series includes the Hilly Half Marathon, Great Whitehaven Beach Run, Triathlon and Ocean Swim.

A great example of how a medal can become part of the journey, not just the finish line.

A medal worth running for.

We created these custom finisher medals for the marathon , featuring a shiny gold 3D Freddo Frog popping out of a Cadbury chocolate wrapper.

Each distance has its own medal variation, creating a collection that participants love to earn and keep.

With thousands of runners taking part from around Australia and the world, both in person and virtually, these medals have become a memorable part of the event experience.

Entries are now open for the 2027 event, and they have already received over 2,500 entries across both in-person and virtual categories!

Not all awards should look the same.

Back in 2025, we created these custom gold and silver medals, along with a collection of crystal and timber trophies, for an awards event at Whitfield State School.

Located in Cairns, Whitfield State School has been part of the local community since 1989, creating a supportive environment where students are encouraged to grow, achieve and strive for their personal best.

For this project, we wanted the awards to feel meaningful and memorable for the students receiving them.

The medals were finished in shiny gold and silver plating with custom laser engraving on the back for each award category, while the trophies combined timber bases with vibrant green crystal panels, full colour print details and personalised laser engraving for each recipient.

A clean, modern look that still feels special when presented on stage.

Because when students work hard towards something, receiving an award that feels thoughtfully designed makes the moment even more memorable.

It’s those little details that help create pride, recognition and a memorable experience for students, families and the wider school community.

Schools and clubs put so much effort into their events and presentations, so the awards should feel just as considered too.

Say goodbye to single-use cups at your next event

Custom soft cups are a fantastic sustainable option for trail runs, ultras, and outdoor events. Give one to every participant and they can refill it at each aid station throughout the course, helping reduce waste and cut down on disposable plastics.

Made from a lightweight flexible material, these cups can be folded down and tucked into a pocket, running vest, or belt when not in use. They’re practical, reusable, and perfect for runners on the move.

These custom soft cups were produced for Five in New Zealand. Coastal Five is a unique running festival held across two days in the stunning Taranaki region, where participants can take on five different races that combine to make the marathon distance of 42.2km. From coastal paths to park trails and mountain views, it’s an event built around adventure and community. Their next event takes place 14–15 November 2026.

When it comes to event giveaways, practical always wins.

We recently produced these breathable mesh caps for the Hamilton Island Endurance Series, which includes some of Australia’s most iconic destination events including the Hamilton Island Hilly Half Marathon, Great Whitehaven Beach Run, Hamilton Island Triathlon and Hamilton Island Ocean Swim.

Set against the incredible backdrop of the Whitsundays, these events combine endurance sport with one of the most scenic locations in the country. Tough racing, tropical conditions and unforgettable views all rolled into one weekend.

For the caps, we chose a lightweight breathable mesh style designed specifically for active events and warm conditions. Featuring maximum airflow mesh panels, a padded cotton sweatband, pre-curved peak and adjustable velcro fastener, they’re the kind of giveaway people will actually continue wearing long after race weekend.

The branding was applied using a Supacolour transfer, giving a clean, high-quality finish while still keeping the product cost-effective for larger event quantities.

This is something we work with clients on all the time… finding products that hit the right balance between budget, quality and practicality.

The Flynn’s Grave Dash is one of those uniquely Australian events that combines incredible scenery, local history and a great community atmosphere. Held in Alice Springs at the historic Flynn’s Grave Reserve, the event features multiple race distances and gives runners the chance to experience the beauty of the Red Centre while taking part in a fun and memorable event.

For this event we created a full suite of consistently designed awards and event pieces, including custom metal medals in gold, silver and copper for the placegetters, along with wooden finisher medals and acrylic trophies. Featuring imagery inspired by John Flynn’s Grave, the entire collection was designed to create a polished and professional race-day look across every piece.

Did you know that Reverend John Flynn was the founder of the Royal Flying Doctor Service and one of Australia’s most influential outback pioneers. His impact on remote Australia was so significant that he even appeared on the Australian $20 note.

We love helping events create a strong and memorable identity with matching medals, trophies, signage and merchandise that all work together visually. Not every medal needs to be gold, silver or bronze.

These custom medals were created for the Savage Industries Pioneer Valley Charity Fun Run, organised by Muscle Garden Health & Fitness Centre in Marian, Queensland, and the black finish gives them a completely different feel to a traditional medal.

Held in the heart of the Pioneer Valley, the event brought the local community together for a fun, active day while raising funds and support through fitness and participation. Events like this are such a great reminder that running events are about more than just race times. They help build community, connection and shared experiences.

For these medals, we went with a black painted finish paired with UV printed logos and graphics. UV printing is a great option when you want more detail, gradients and colour variation in your design without adding extra cost through additional enamel colours.

The result is something that feels bold, modern and a little different from the standard event medal.

This is exactly why we love creating custom medals. Small design choices can completely change the final look and feel of an event piece.

A great event deserves more than just a logo slapped onto a few products.

For the Soul Runners, we worked across the full merchandise suite to create a consistent look that tied the whole event together from start to finish.

Held around the beautiful Swan River in Perth, the event brings together runners chasing fast times, first half marathons, and a great community atmosphere in one of WA’s most iconic running locations.

We created a full range of custom pieces including Moonlite Performance shirts featuring a stylised Perth skyline, matching metal finisher medals with a 3D skyline design, and custom wooden trophies carrying the same visual theme across the entire event.

That consistency is what makes an event feel polished, professional and memorable. Instead of every item feeling separate, the whole event feels connected as one complete experience.

This is what we love doing… helping running clubs and event organisers bring their ideas to life through thoughtful design and cohesive merchandise that participants genuinely want to wear and keep.

Proud to help bring this project to life for the 2026 TSS Rowing Squad at The Southport School.

Rowing Squad dad, Dean Evans, and I worked together to create a pack of merchandise to help raise funds and support the boys for the 2026 season.

The pack included microfibre beach towels, drink bottles packed inside a navy drawstring bags

Each item proudly features the TSS Rowing logo alongside the logos of the generous local businesses who supported the squad.

It is always great to see local businesses getting behind young athletes and helping create opportunities for the next generation.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and supported the boys.
