Phone and SMS are on the rise. The latest trend is the Flubot Scam, which claims you have a missed delivery from companies such as DHL or that you have a "voicemail" that you can access by clicking on a link. These scams aim to steal your passwords so they can gain access to sensitive data in your personal or work accounts.
These are a threat to everyone, particularly those who are unsuspectingly caught off guard.

Since August 2021, many Australians have been getting scam text messages about tracking a delivery, missed calls or voicemails, along with a link to download some software. If you receive one of these messages, do not click or tap on the link. Delete the message immediately.
