CRUICE PROPERTY GROUP — BRAND IDENTITY
There’s a big difference between designing a logo and creating a brand that actually feels like a business.
For Cruice Property Group, I worked with Tiffany to create a complete visual identity that reflected the way she wanted to show up in the property space — sophisticated and elevated, but still warm, approachable and grounded.
The starting point was the logo.
We wanted something architectural without falling into the predictable real estate territory. The custom geometric mark takes its cues from structure, property and rooflines, but in a much more refined, minimal way. Paired with elegant typography and generous spacing, it gives the brand a sense of confidence and quiet luxury rather than feeling overly corporate.
From there, I developed the wider visual language.
A beautifully muted palette of stone, sand, warm neutrals, soft grey, charcoal and earthy green creates a brand that feels connected to architecture, interiors and the Australian landscape. The imagery direction continues that feeling — textural, natural, considered and slightly editorial.
But a brand identity has to do more than look beautiful sitting on a moodboard.
It needs to work.
So the identity was designed as a flexible system, with multiple logo configurations, brand marks and supporting elements that can move effortlessly across social media, digital marketing, property collateral, signage, stationery and everything else the business grows into.
The result is a brand that feels established without being stuffy.
Premium without being inaccessible.
Modern without chasing trends.
And professional while still retaining personality and warmth.
One of my favourite parts of branding is taking all the intangible things a client wants people to feel about their business — their values, personality, positioning and vision — and translating those things into something visual.
Because a great brand shouldn’t just identify you.
It should tell people who you are before you’ve said a word.
