You don't need a pristine data warehouse to start. You need to start.

"A lot of companies don't even start the AI journey because they think they need a pristine data warehouse or a multi-year data cleansing project first. That's partially true, but not completely. If you've got the basics: contacts and emails associated. You can just start with that. Start where things are already good, and keep working through the rest.

In Dynamics 365 it's simple to facilitate with Power Automate and native dedupe rules. You can get to clean data in a way where, every time AI interacts with the data, we're making those changes at runtime."

A client recently told me their team spent three hours drafting a grant application.

Their Microsoft Copilot license could have produced a first draft in about five minutes.

The license wasn't the problem. The problem was that nobody knew how to use it.

That's the gap I see most often. Not whether AI works. Not whether Copilot is worth it.

Having Copilot and adopting Copilot are two very different things.

🏆Bringing it home!

ONGC is proud to be named South East Queensland Small Employer of the Year at the Queensland Training Awards, presented by the Queensland Government's Department of Trade, Employment and Training.

This moment was full circle for our CEO Steve Dawson as 22 years ago, he won the School Based Trainee of the Year award through this very same awards program. To see ONGC now recognised as Small Employer of the Year is a testament to our long-standing commitment to developing people, creating opportunities and investing in future talent.

We're not stopping here.

This quarter, the ONGC team headed to Zero Latency for an evening of VR chaos and friendly competition.

Armed with VR headsets and our best tactical moves, we teamed up to slash and blast our way through wave after wave of enemies.

A fun night out with the team, and a living proof that some of us are much better at saving the virtual world than others!
