Attention Customers, please note the following information below.

We are now making a change for our Wednesday Opening Hours.

From now on, our Wednesday opening hours will be from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays will still be from 9:00am to 12:30pm.

We’d also like to let everyone know that Taylah will be away for the next week. As a result, administration and reception duties may be temporarily unavailable at times while we manage workloads.

We are currently operating at full capacity and doing our best to assist everyone as efficiently as possible. If you would like to see Shaedon regarding any inquiry or IT issue, it is highly encouraged that you book an appointment in advance, regardless of the nature of your visit. This helps us ensure that every customer receives the time and attention they need.

Important information.

As afternoon appointments are becoming a high demand, we are kindly requesting that if you do need an appointment of an afternoon especially, that you make one as soon as possible & not at the last minute.

Please understand that we are trying the best we can to keep up with all appointments both within & outside of the shop.

A heads up in advance for all of our customers.

Due to the high demand for out-of-office/house visit appointments, we are now almost at full capacity for the next 3 weeks!

As always, we will continue to do our best to fit you in where we can. However, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP If you’re needing anything sorted to avoid missing out.

⚠️ Telstra Service Interruption Notice ⚠️

Since last week, it has been brought to our attention that some Telstra services may be down or experiencing interruptions in the area at the moment.

This is due to scheduled upgrades being carried out to improve the network. While it’s a bit inconvenient now, it should mean a better experience once everything is complete.

It is expected that the upgrades should be complete by the end of this month.

Please note, that we can't assist or fix these interruptions as it is solely a Telstra service issue.

Thank you all for bearing with it and for staying patient during this time.
