Cute… One of our shirts turned into a real work of art!! Sometimes it’s the simplest words that carry the greatest meaning.

A huge credit to Somerset Kids OSHC for recognising the importance of these conversations and for making the kids such a meaningful part of this initiative… And thank you for sharing that feeling with me!! ❤️

❤️DAY FOR DANIEL❤️

At Somerset Kids OSHC, child safety is our number one priority! 🦋

As we get ready to participate in Day for Daniel on 30 October, our children were given the opportunity to share what makes them feel safe through writing or drawing

The end result is something truly special, and we absolutely LOVE it! It’s a beautiful reminder of how important it is to listen to our children, give them a voice, and create environments where they feel safe, supported and heard.

A massive shout-out to Brisbane Valley Printing for bringing our vision to life on this amazing shirt! 👕 Thank you for always working with us and helping us create such meaningful and wonderful things. We appreciate you more than you know! 🙌

150 years is a pretty extraordinary milestone & these books are nothing short of a masterpiece… 260 something pages of collective community brilliance!!

Some might call it proof reading & adjustments but I read every word multiple times & it never felt like a task.

When it comes to projects like these, I almost pity the large-scale commercial printers. Not because they can’t achieve the same result, but because the sheer volume of what they do rarely allows them the time to truly appreciate what passes through their hands.

I’m clearly not the only one who saw the value in these… the initial 100 ordered sold out early on the day with 70 more preordered to meet demand.

Some jobs are definitely worth far more than the paper they’re printed on, these… hands down, one of those!!

I’ve been doing this printing gig for a while now.

Yearbooks are pretty common but I can honestly say I’ve never seen a club send all their jerseys back at the end of a season just to have names added. More organising, an added expense & a whole lot of extra effort when the season is already done and dusted.

The thing that stood out to me most wasn’t the stress of spelling or which name went on what shirt… it was the blatantly obvious commitment these people have to the sport, their club & most importantly, their kids!!

A special mention to the club sponsors… these sort of things don’t pay for themselves. Your generosity helps create opportunities, puts smiles on faces & fosters a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the field!!
