If your phone only charges when you wiggle the cable, don't ignore it.

It could be the cable, the charger or something going on with the charging port. Sometimes there's debris in the port, but if cleaning is needed, be careful not to damage it. We can check what's causing the problem and help you work out the next step.

There’s usually a reason something has stopped working properly, and finding that out is an important part of the job.

We check what’s actually going on before deciding what needs to be replaced. That way you’re not paying for something you don’t need.

Sometimes you start noticing little things before there’s an actual problem.

The battery isn’t lasting like it used to, charging is a bit unreliable, it’s getting warmer than usual or the phone just feels slower.

It’s worth getting it checked rather than waiting for it to get worse.

If something doesn’t feel right, bring it in and we’ll have a look.

Chris has been looking after customers at E2B since 2013, and a big part of the job is simply listening to what’s going on with your device and working out the sensible next step.

Sometimes that’s a repair. Sometimes it’s a replacement part. Sometimes it’s a quick bit of advice that saves you spending money you didn’t need to spend.

Sometimes the phone itself is still perfectly good. It just needs the right repair.

This is where having a repair shop you can trust makes a difference. We’ll have a look at the phone, work out what it needs and talk you through your options before anything gets done.
