A little reintroduction and an update on Conn Web Studio!
I'm Teagan, a mum of four, web designer and the person behind Conn Web Studio.
Before starting my business, I spent over 14 years working in administration, and that experience has shaped the way I approach web design.
I've worked behind the scenes of businesses, so I understand how much time goes into managing bookings, responding to enquiries, organising payments, keeping information up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly.
That's why, when I'm building a website, I'm also thinking about how the business operates and what could be made easier.
For example:
If you're managing appointments through phone calls, messages and emails, I can help set up an online booking system that lets customers book directly through your website.
If you're manually sending invoices or collecting payments, I can help set up online payments and connect them with your booking process.
If customers are constantly contacting you for basic information, I can help organise your website so your services, pricing, FAQs and contact details are easy to find.
And if you're already using different systems to manage your business, I can look at what you've got and whether they can work better together. I've helped clients make better use of platforms they were already paying for instead of adding more subscriptions.
These might seem like small things, but they can make a big difference to how much time you spend on administration.
My goal isn't to take over the day-to-day running of your business. It's to help you get the right systems in place so you can manage things more easily yourself.
I've recently simplified my services into three options:
— Website Only, from $3,200
For businesses with their content ready who want a custom Squarespace website they can manage themselves.
— Website + Digital Foundations, $5,500
For businesses needing more than a website. This can include setting up bookings, payments, business email, Google Business Profile and other digital systems, plus three months of support.
— Ongoing Support, from $249/month
For businesses wanting continued assistance with their website and the digital systems I've helped set up.
I'm a one woman business, and when you work with Conn Web Studio, you'll work directly with me from our first conversation through to launch.
I work with businesses locally in Echuca, Moama and surrounding areas, as well as small businesses across Australia.
